Job summary

GHX is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities ensuring objectives meet prescribed timeframes and funding. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive schedules, and maintain quality across multiple GHX core product implementations.

You will coordinate kickoff sessions, manage risk and stakeholder communications, and guide teams to deliver technical projects while maintaining customer relationships and project artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with software development, implementation or integration projects; understands SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience managing customer relationships and projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational and written/verbal skills; able to diagnose performance issues and propose fixes.
• Ability to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables and artifacts across multiple projects.
• Serve as primary contact with key customers for implementation of GHX core products and align activities with customer needs.
• Lead project kickoff sessions to review assumptions and gather requirements for stakeholders.
• Build detailed project plans with milestones and required tasks.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to keep schedules on track and escalate milestones as needed.
• Maintain risk and issue logs; coordinate risk mitigation across managers and sponsors.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Keep team accountable to commitments and update project plans as needed.
• Assist team members in delivering customer-defined deliverables and documenting implementations.
• Maintain product knowledge to improve delivery efficiency.
