Job summary

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet objectives within time and funding constraints. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge in software implementations, and experience managing key customer relationships and project details.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive risk mitigation, and maintain project artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in project leadership.
• Experience with software development, implementation or integration projects.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; able to deliver on time and budget.
• Experience managing customer relationships and projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of contract deliverables across multiple projects.
• Serves as the primary contact with key customers for implementation of GHX products.
• Leads kickoff sessions to review assumptions, gather requirements, and educate stakeholders.
• Builds detailed project plans and schedules with milestones and tasks.
• Directs and coordinates project personnel to keep progress on schedule.
• Maintains a project risk and issue log and drives mitigations.
• Conducts regular stakeholder meetings and provides updates to leadership.
• Holds team members accountable and updates project plans as needed.
• Assists team members in delivering customer-defined deliverables.
