The Challenge
This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to contribute to Adobe’s leadership in digital transformation and advance their careers. As a Sr. Implementation Consultant, you will deliver top-tier consulting services for Adobe’s clients, ensuring successful implementation of Adobe Workfront and related platforms. You will assess, design, and execute work management solutions, increase solution adoption, and align implementations with the Adobe ecosystem to deliver lasting business value. Experience in change management, content supply chain, and related Adobe products is highly desirable. The role involves up to 20% travel.

Duties:

1. Design and configure enterprise-level business processes with Workfront.
2. Align Workfront with other Adobe products in the content supply chain.
3. Enhance solution adoption to solve client problems and increase business value.
4. Lead strategic implementations and develop solution designs.
5. Create project plans, documentation, templates, and reports.
6. Ensure high-quality consulting services and successful go-lives.
7. Serve as SME for business process workflows and configurations.
8. Mentor and support clients, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and business process consulting experience.
2. 5+ years of onsite consulting with Workfront.
3. Knowledge of Adobe products like AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target.
4. Experience delivering solutions for large enterprises (>5000 employees).
5. Change management experience preferred.
6. Proficiency in API integrations, migrations, and documentation.
7. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
8. Ability to work on multiple tasks and travel up to 50%.

Adobe offers competitive compensation based on geographic markets, with a U.S. pay range of $133,400 -- $240,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
