The Challenge

As a Sr. Implementation Consultant, you will deliver consulting services to top-tier clients, ensuring successful implementation of Adobe Workfront and related platforms.

Ideal candidates will assess, design, and execute work management solutions, increase adoption, and align implementations with the Adobe ecosystem to ensure lasting business value. Experience in change management and understanding of the content supply chain are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and configure enterprise-level business processes using Workfront.
2. Align Workfront with other Adobe products in the content supply chain.
3. Increase solution adoption and solve client problems.
4. Lead strategic implementations and develop solution designs.
5. Create project plans, design documents, templates, and reports.
6. Deliver high-quality consulting services for implementation and go-live.
7. Serve as SME for business process workflows and configurations.
8. Mentor and support clients, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree and consulting experience.
2. 5+ years of experience with Workfront.
3. Knowledge of Adobe suite products like AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target.
4. Experience with enterprise organizations (5000+ employees).
5. Change management experience preferred.
6. Ability to develop and document business processes.
7. Technical aptitude in API integrations, migrations, and enhancements.
8. Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and third-party software integrations.
9. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
10. Analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
11. Leadership qualities to drive adoption and manage complexity.
12. Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Compensation & Additional Information

The U.S. salary range is $133,400 – $240,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include long-term incentives and equity awards. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process.
