The Challenge

This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals to contribute to Adobe’s reputation as a leader in digital transformation while advancing their careers. As a Sr. Implementation Consultant, you will deliver top-tier consulting services for Adobe’s clients, ensuring successful implementation of Adobe Workfront and related platforms.

We seek individuals with proven ability to assess, design, and execute work management solutions, focusing on increasing adoption, designing workflows, and aligning implementations within the Adobe ecosystem. Experience with change management and content supply chain processes is highly desirable, including campaign planning, content creation, workflow optimization, content management, and personalization tools.

Duties

• Design and configure enterprise-level business process solutions using Workfront.
• Align Workfront with other Adobe products in the content supply chain.
• Increase solution adoption to solve client problems and enhance business value.
• Lead strategic implementations and develop solution designs.
• Create project plans, design documents, templates, reports, and other artifacts.
• Deliver high-quality consulting for Workfront implementation and go-live.
• Serve as a SME for business processes and workflows.
• Mentor and support clients with knowledge resources and escalation support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and business process consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workfront as a business process/management consultant.
• Understanding of Adobe’s suite of products, especially AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target.
• Proven track record with enterprise organizations (5000+ employees).
• Experience with change management methodologies preferred.
• Ability to develop and document business processes.
• High technical aptitude, including API integrations, migrations, and enhancements.
• Experience with 3rd party software integrations and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship skills.
• Analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Leadership qualities to drive adoption and manage complexity.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Compensation ranges from $133,400 to $240,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and skills. Additional incentives and benefits may apply.
