Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for its Deacom ERP platform. You will serve as the primary resource for new customers, leading sessions to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure systems to meet business needs.

You will engineer solutions, conduct testing, and guide data migration while documenting progress and KPI-driven outcomes. Expect travel across the U.S. and Canada, averaging 25% with peaks up to 50% during go-lives and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, supply chain, information systems, or equivalent.
• Strong ERP product knowledge; 3+ years of ERP experience preferred.
• Prior experience in software implementation or consultation.
• Understanding of common industry business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to users with varying levels of technical expertise, via telephone and in person.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self-motivated drive to deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills.
• Professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone.
• Valid driver's license and/or passport for required travel within the US and Canada.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the Deacom ERP platform.
• Lead customer sessions to identify and document current and future business initiatives, gap analysis, and analytics requirements.
• Deliver the ECI implementation methodology: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system design, and configuration.
• Engineer Deacom solutions based on complex customer requirements.
• Validate concepts and conduct user acceptance testing and pre-implementation testing.
• Provide data migration guidance and data formatting recommendations.
• Deliver consulting recap and activity reporting.
• Drive KPIs to help customers improve their business.
• Travel across the U.S. and Canada (~25% avg, up to 50% during critical phases).

Deacom: Senior Implementation Consultant

ECI is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, high-energy, hands-on professional to join our Professional Services team to drive project implementations for our Deacom ERP platform.

Our ERP Senior Implementation Consultants act as key resources and points of escalation for each implementation. Their goal is to successfully implement and provide ongoing consulting for customers utilizing Deacom, creating an exceptional customer experience by implementing new strategies, solutions, and processes that lead to successful go-lives.

What You Will Do

• Be the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing the all-inclusive ECI Deacom ERP platform.
• Lead customer sessions to identify and document current and future business initiatives, gap analysis within current systems and/or processes, and reporting/data analytics requirements.
• Understand and deliver upon the ECI Deacom implementation methodology, including:
• Requirements gathering through existing process reviews
• Systems design and fit-gap analysis
• System configuration and setup
• Engineering Deacom solutions based on complex customer business requirements
• Concept validation and user acceptance testing
• Pre-implementation system testing
• Data migration and data formatting recommendations
• Consulting recap and activity reporting
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that help customers understand and continuously improve their business.
• Travel to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada, averaging approximately 25% of the time, with travel potentially increasing to as much as 50% during certain project phases, such as go-live and other key customer milestones.
