Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Biology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on immunology/assay development experience in biotech.
• Proficiency in multi-color flow cytometry, with screening experience preferred.
• Experience with primary cell culture and handling biospecimens.
• Strong documentation and data management, ideally Benchling.

Responsibilities

• Execute, analyze, and report flow cytometry-based screening assays for exploratory and clinical studies
• Plan assay schedules and coordinate samples, reagents, controls, instrumentation, and data-analysis activities
• Maintain inventory and prepare materials for routine assay execution
• Support assay optimization outside exploratory and clinical sample requests
• Troubleshoot assay performance and implement improvements for robustness
• Perform and assist with primary cell derivations for different organ programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects
• Interpret experimental data and present findings to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate laboratory records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to research reports and regulatory submissions
