Qualifications

• Cellular therapy laboratory experience required.
• Experience with mRNA/DNA extraction and qRT-PCR/ddPCR.
• Experience with ELISA and pluripotent stem cells beneficial.
• Good Documentation Practices mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with adherent mammalian cell culture and flow cytometry.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular assays.
• Test development samples to support process/formulation activities.
• Document work and analyze experimental results.
• Report results to project leads accurately and on time.
• Support general lab maintenance including restocking and equipment maintenance.
