Job summary

Fisher Phillips LLP is seeking an Immigration Paralegal III to support attorneys with complex immigration matters in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM filings, responding to RFEs, and managing case documents with INSZoom, while delivering excellent client service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of immigration experience in a law firm setting, strong writing skills, and meticulous organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications, and a variety of complex immigration processes.
• Strong experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications and related immigration documents.
• Respond to RFEs and PERM audit requests with accurate, timely submissions.
• Maintain meticulous client and case management records using the firm’s systems (e.g., INSZoom).
• Provide high-quality service to clients and attorneys with clear, business-focused writing and communication.
