Job summary

Fisher Phillips in Seattle seeks an Immigration Paralegal III to support attorneys with complex business immigration matters, including preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM filings and responding to RFEs.

This role requires 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced environment, strong writing, organization, and proficiency with INSZoom or similar systems; you will collaborate closely with a cohesive immigration team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Extensive proficiency in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications and complex immigration processes.
• Experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills.
• Strong business writing skills and attention to detail.

The Immigration Paralegal III provides quality and specialized document preparation and has extensive client contact and works collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented Immigration Department. This is a cohesive team which is well-managed and well-organized with secretarial and clerical support.

The hourly rate range for this position is $33.64- $48.35. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, location, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
