Fisher Phillips is seeking a skilled PERM Immigration Paralegal to join our team in Denver. This role supports attorneys in delivering excellent client service and handling complex immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM cases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of fast-paced immigration experience, strong document preparation skills, and proficiency with INSZoom, Word, and Outlook. You will manage casework, respond to RFEs, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications, and a variety of complex immigration processes.
• Strong experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file immigration petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM.
• Respond to RFEs and PERM audits.
• Maintain case management and client communication throughout the process.
• Prepare and organize supporting documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and teams to deliver high-quality service.
