Fisher Phillips LLP seeks an Immigration Paralegal Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced labor and employment law practice. You will help with research, USCIS responses, and INSZoom client communications, ensuring accuracy and readiness of filings.

The role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with INSZoom. Competitive hourly rate applies with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Typing, word processing, mail and contact management, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and paralegals with research and USCIS requests for evidence.
• Assist with submitting Service Requests to USCIS for petitions outside normal processing times.
• Assist in I-9 audits by printing I-9s and organizing supporting documents.
• Assist in USDOJ audits by printing and organizing documents.
• Send questionnaires and notices to clients through INSZoom.
• Print and compile completed petitions for attorney review.
• Prepare Congressional inquiries.
• Prepare and print filing fee checks.
