Fisher Phillips LLP in Atlanta seeks an experienced Immigration Paralegal III to support attorneys with complex immigration matters. You will prepare H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM filings, manage case documents, and maintain client communications with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications.
• Strong experience in preparing RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM petitions and related immigration documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather information and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain case management systems and monitor case status and deadlines.
• Draft clear, concise client communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
