Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced business immigration environment, preferably in a large law firm.
• Experience in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN and PERM applications.
• Knowledge of preparing RFE responses and/or PERM audit responses.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and INSZoom or other document management system.
• Outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills are necessary.
• Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills and will value attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialized immigration documents and manage case files.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather required information.
• Maintain relationships with clients and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings.
• Assist with RFE responses as needed.
