Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients and evaluate relief options.
• Develop and oversee legal strategies for complex immigration cases from intake through resolution.
• Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supervise, mentor, and train paralegals and legal staff.
• Represent clients before Immigration Courts and other government agencies.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case strategy and progress.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve case management processes.
• Participate in business development and community outreach activities.
