Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Escalation Attorney in Miami Beach, FL to manage high-pressure client interactions across immigration matters. You will serve as a key legal resource and communicate complex processes with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

The role requires JD/LLM, an active U.S. bar, and immigration law experience including removal defense, T/U visa, and VAWA filings. Fluency in Spanish is essential, with strong English communication and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Prior immigration law experience required.
• Experience in general immigration, family-based, and humanitarian petitions.
• Removal defense experience required.
• Experience with T visas, U visas, and VAWA filings.
• Fluency in Spanish required; strong English and Spanish communication.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and high-pressure handling.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and client-service orientation.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability with work schedules.
• Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated client calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Conduct client calls to address questions and concerns.
• De-escalate sensitive situations while maintaining trust.
• Communicate immigration processes and case expectations clearly.
• Provide attorney-level communication during difficult conversations.
• Maintain accurate notes of escalated communications for internal visibility.
• Use immigration experience to discuss with clients appropriately.
• Explain complex immigration information for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Route urgent legal issues to appropriate teams.
• Stay informed on immigration law changes affecting communication.
• Respond promptly to internal team inquiries on escalated matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent handling.
• Identify and share feedback on recurring concerns or gaps.
