Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney for its Miami office. The role involves handling non-immigrant petitions, green card processes, and advising clients on complex immigration and labor/employment matters.

The candidate must have a JD and experience in immigration law, with Florida bar admission preferred. You will work with attorneys across levels, participate in development activities, and help grow the practice while maintaining ethical standards and client

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in Florida preferred.
• Experience in immigration and labor and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Handle diverse immigration matters including petitions and green card processes.
• Conduct legal research on immigration laws and policies.
• Draft petitions, forms and arguments for visa categories.
• Represent clients at USCIS interviews.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and staff on complex matters.
• Manage cases from start to finish with supervision as needed.
• Stay updated on immigration law changes and guidance.
