Job summary

You will manage a substantial caseload, mentor paralegals, meet deadlines, and guide clients through complex relief options while delivering compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.
- Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US state or PR is required.
- Fluent in Spanish and admissible to work in the US.
- Immigration experience of 5+ years.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and evaluate relief options.
- Develop and oversee legal strategies for complex immigration cases from intake through resolution.
- Supervise paralegals and staff to ensure high-quality case preparation.
- Represent clients before Immigration Courts, USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other agencies as required.
- Stay current on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
