Synectics Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Immigration Attorney to lead complex deportation/removal defense, immigration litigation, and appeals while guiding high-stakes cases.

You will supervise two associate attorneys and paralegals, manage case strategy from filing through hearings, and collaborate with leadership on litigation quality and best practices.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of U.S. immigration law experience across removal, USCIS, humanitarian matters, and complex litigation.
• Experience with EOIR, BIA appeals, I-601/I-212 waivers, and criminal/fraud-related immigration matters.
• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and supervise attorneys/paralegals.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong knowledge of professional responsibility and legal ethics.

• Lead complex deportation/removal defense, USCIS, humanitarian, and immigration litigation matters.
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and BIA.
• Handle complex BIA appeals, I-601/I-212 waivers, criminal bars, fraud-related matters, and eligibility challenges.
• Serve as lead counsel through case strategy, filing, and hearings.
• Supervise two Associate Attorneys and their Paralegals and provide legal guidance and mentorship.
