Job summary

ECG Management Consultants, a leading healthcare advisory firm, seeks a Senior Manager or Associate Principal for the Imaging Practice. You will guide major engagements, influence executive decisions, and develop teams across radiology and imaging services, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

Demonstrated expertise in imaging operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership is essential, with travel as needed in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and/or health-related field preferred.
• Senior Manager: typically 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or analytics.
• Associate Principal: typically 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, operations, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead major client engagements or critical work streams and influence executive‑level decision‑making.
• Design and oversee advanced analytical models, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Coach and develop consultants at multiple levels and foster inclusive teams.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings.
• Help manage portfolios of client relationships that lead to repeat work and revenue growth.
