Gentuity in Massachusetts is seeking a senior software engineer to contribute to the Gentuity imaging application and internal tools. You will help specify and implement a robust software architecture, develop signal and image processing algorithms, and create documentation including SRSs.

You will prototype new features and GUI ideas for hardware evaluation. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering, modern C++, OO design, multithreaded programming, Qt/QML, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Proficient in Modern C++, OO design, multithreaded/parallel programming, software architecture.
• Experience with Qt/QML Framework.
• Experience leading a technical team.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the development of Gentuity imaging application software and internal tools.
• Contribute to robust software architecture across Gentuity software.
• Develop signal and image processing algorithms and techniques.
• Create and maintain software documentation including SRS documents.
• Develop rapid prototypes for features, GUI ideas, and hardware evaluation.
