Job summary

One Physics LLC is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Physicist to support imaging centers and hospital departments in Salt Lake City, with initial 3 months of x-ray and mammography training in Seattle or Portland. The role emphasizes compliance, image quality evaluation, and consultation on shielding and dose safety.

The position requires ABR certification or CAMPEP residency, 3+ years of clinical experience, and strong communication skills. Travel to client sites is expected as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine audits of compliance records for equipment and programs.

• Review occupational dosimetry and ALARA considerations.
• Provide shielding design review and assessments as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
