Job summary

One Physics LLC is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Physicist to support imaging centers and hospitals around Hershey, PA. You will perform evaluations across fluoroscopy, radiography, mammography, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities, ensuring alignment with state regulations and accreditation standards.

You will also consult with clinicians on dose management, shielding design, and patient and worker radiation exposure, while contributing to program improvements and staff training.

Qualifications

• Board certification by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Medical Physics or board eligibility via CAMPEP residency.
• 3+ years clinical experience in diagnostic imaging including safety procedures and clinical protocols.
• Familiarity with state regulations and regulatory guides (ACR/TJC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine audits of compliance records for equipment registration and Radiation Protection Programs.
• Annual evaluations of radiologic imaging systems including MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
• Oversee technologist quality control programs and review RSC/RPC meetings.
• Consult with staff on dose, clinical protocol management, and shielding requirements.
• Provide staff training and review of Radiation Protection Program Elements.
