Ngenium is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, maintain and support sophisticated medical systems across Northern California. The role offers a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, with extensive manufacturer training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Previous Field Service experience would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair sophisticated medical systems.
• Electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Software, networking and connectivity fault finding.
• Work with clinical and technical teams at customer sites.
• Complete manufacturer training and certification.
• Support the wider US Field Service team as needed.
