About the Company

Our client is a respected independent service provider supporting advanced diagnostic imaging systems across hospitals and outpatient facilities. Their focus is on delivering responsive technical support, minimizing system downtime, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.

Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of either CT or MRI or X-ray systems throughout the Phoenix region. You will respond to both scheduled and emergency service calls, ensure accurate service documentation, and act as a trusted technical resource for customers. Travel is primarily local with occasional regional support as required.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience servicing CT and/or MRI and/or x‑ray systems
  • Experience with GE and Siemens equipment is desirable but not essential
  • Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and service reporting tools
  • Familiarity with DICOM and PACS is advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in the field
