Job summary

PaxeraHealth is seeking a Senior Clinical Applications Specialist to train and demonstrate its medical imaging software to clients. The role combines radiology expertise with software know-how, delivering webinars, on-site trainings, and technical support in a fast-paced environment.

You will create training materials, act as a liaison between clients and product teams, and help shape future releases while traveling to events and customer sites as needed, all while maintaining a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or similar.
• Experience as radiology technologist or similar clinical role.
• Excellent English language.
• Strong presentation skills with sales ability.
• Ability to convey highly technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a software expert to clients and internal team members.
• Conduct webinars and workshops to demonstrate and provide technical expertise and training to clients remotely and on-site.
• Create presentations, videos and other training materials for webinars and training sessions.
• Interface between clients and development team, forwarding suggestions for future enhancements.
• Participate in product development; gain insight into client needs to inform product quality.
• Develop and manage software documentation and training content including user manuals and tutorials.
• Attend conferences, demonstrate PaxeraHealth solutions, assist with product setup and presentations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client issues using available technology.
