Job summary

PaxeraHealth is seeking a Senior Clinical Applications Specialist with radiology tech background to train, demo, and support our medical imaging software for clients. The role involves on-site or remote work, delivering presentations and webinars, and coordinating with product teams to address client needs.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, attending conferences, and ensuring high-quality client support. Travel to client sites and trade shows is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or similar field.
• Experience as a radiology technologist or in a clinical role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to convey highly technical information to clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a software expert to clients and internal team members.
• Conduct webinars and workshops to demonstrate PaxeraHealth applications remotely and on-site.
• Create presentations, videos and training materials for webinars and training sessions.
• Interface between clients and the development team, feeding back product ideas.
• Participate in product development to understand client needs and quality issues.
• Develop and manage software documentation including user manuals and tutorials.
• Attend conferences, demonstrate PaxeraHealth solutions, and support product setup at events.
• Collaborate with technical teams to solve client problems using hardware, software, and databases.
