Job summary

Kubtec Medical is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to serve as the technical expert on specimen imaging and gamma detection. You will train customers, support sales with clinical evaluations, and optimize workflows to improve image quality and system performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the breast care continuum to make consultative clinical recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, administration, clinical teams, etc.
• Ability to build relationships with decision makers and influence complex procedures.
• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized and able to multitask.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and team-oriented with accountability.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Kubtec’s direct sales team through clinical evaluations, demonstrations and installations.
• Serve as primary technical consultant for specimen imaging and gamma detection products; develop strategic account relationships.
• Train customers per their specifications and applications during pre-sale, installation, and post-sale phases.
• Act as subject matter expert on imaging and workflow protocols to optimize image quality and system performance.
• Train and communicate nuances of specimen imaging and gamma detection to customers.
• Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy within the customer portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to enhance relationships and accelerate decision-making to grow revenue.
• Mitigate attrition by identifying product gaps and guiding customers to resources.
• Deliver ongoing customer education and training to develop account proficiency and program success.
• Collaborate with sales to win new business and support clinical studies.
