Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a Senior Image Review Processor in the Northern Kentucky area. You will review license plate images and record transaction details, applying business rules to ensure consistency and accuracy.

The role requires handling complex or unclear images while maintaining high productivity and data integrity. Responsibilities include supporting QA, mentoring teammates, and participating in training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years in image review, data entry, customer service, transportation ops, or high-volume processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment; ability to resolve complex image review scenarios consistently.
• Accurate data entry speed of 7,000 characters per hour and typing speed of 40 words per minute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review license plate images and record transaction details accurately (plate number, state, vehicle class/type).
• Apply business rules and guides to ensure consistent processing; handle illegible or problematic images.
• Support training, mentoring, and onboarding of new team members; assist with process improvements.
