Job summary

Elovate, a Modaxo company, seeks an Image Processing Supervisor to lead the image review and violation adjudication team in the Elkridge area. You will ensure accurate, efficient processing of traffic enforcement images while maintaining compliance with client contracts and regulatory standards.

The role requires 2+ years in image review or supervisory operations, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in image review, data processing, operations, or related supervisory role.
• Ability to supervise a team in a production or operations environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of image reviewers, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Monitor team productivity and workload distribution to ensure timely and accurate processing of violation images.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings.
• Escalate performance issues and partner with HR on corrective action as needed.
• Oversee the review and adjudication of traffic enforcement images in accordance with client contracts and jurisdictional requirements.
