Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to lead security design for IIoT and Grid-connected products across the device lifecycle.

The role focuses on hardware/embedded security, OT/IT convergence, and applying IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and other standards, with day-to-day DevSecOps and cross-functional leadership responsibilities. Reporting to the Cybersecurity Manager, you will define PKI frameworks, secure boot chains, and risk-based remediation strategies while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent security experience.
• 5+ years in product security, embedded/IIoT security.
• Certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, ISA/IEC 62443 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and own security architecture for IIoT products.
• Lead security design requirements across standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
• Design OT/IT convergence security boundaries.
• Advise on security of industrial protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3).
• Lead threat modeling and risk prioritization for new initiatives.
• Coordinate vulnerability responses for fielded IIoT devices.
• Oversee supply chain security for embedded components.
• Provide security SME input to architects and leadership.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analyses for security events.
• Draft CVEs and advisories after remediation.
