Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. in High Point, NC is seeking a Senior IFS Technical Lead to own IFS Cloud architecture, integrations, and release management across the project lifecycle.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor administrators and developers, govern data migration, security, and environment strategy, and collaborate with partners to deliver scalable ERP solutions. Excellent communication with business users and leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP technical experience, with significant experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud strongly preferred.
• Experience participating in or leading a full lifecycle ERP implementation or major upgrade.
• Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, data migration, security, environments, and release management.
• Experience with SQL, REST APIs, middleware, or related integration technologies.
• Understanding of Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related ERP business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, architecture, documentation, and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business users, senior leadership, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead and internal subject matter expert for IFS Cloud.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support.
• Own IFS technical architecture, environment strategy, integrations, and development standards.
• Review and approve technical solutions proposed by implementation partners and vendors.
• Design and support integrations between IFS and other enterprise systems.
• Establish standards for configurations, reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Provide technical oversight for data migration, interfaces, and system conversions.
• Lead IFS security design, permission structures, access controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Oversee release management, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Establish technical documentation, support procedures, governance, and change-management standards.
• Partner with business process owners to translate functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Manage technical relationships with IFS, implementation partners, and external consultants.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to IFS administrators, developers, and other enterprise application resources.
• Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary customization and improve automation, scalability, and maintainability.
