Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer I, Process & Systems Integration, to define end-to-end operational workflows and implement process and automation improvements across the Supply Chain network. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and collaboration with multiple teams to remove bottlenecks and increase throughput.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial or manufacturing engineering within fulfillment/eCommerce, experience with warehouse controls and execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering in fulfillment/eCommerce
• Experience using warehouse controls and execution systems to drive efficiency
• Experience deriving insights from metrics, reports, and data queries

Responsibilities

• Develop and document processes, business requirements, and operational acceptance criteria to improve end-to-end flow
• Standardize future end-to-end Supply Chain processes while closing gaps between current and future states
• Identify local warehouse configuration changes to improve workflows and cost efficiency
• Ensure changes are documented, communicated, and tracked within a standardized framework
• Lead complex projects, features, and configurations across sites
• Monitor facility performance and direct resources to solve the right problems
• Act as a champion for continuous improvement across the network
