Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer I, Process & Systems Integration to define and implement new processes and systems supporting our omni-channel supply chain.

You will analyze workflow, design end-to-end processes, and partner with Engineering, Product, Operations and Facilities to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput. The role requires 5+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering in fulfillment/eCommerce, retail fulfillment experience, and hands-on work with WM

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering in fulfillment/eComm.
• 5+ years of retail fulfillment experience with WMS knowledge.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and implementing a new system.
• Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end operational process workflow and business requirements.
• Implement process improvements and automation projects across facilities.
• Collaborate with networks, product/technology, and operations teams.
• Travel 35-40% to network facilities.
