Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
• Experience with data collection/analysis and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and time studies recommended.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs complex data analysis to drive improvements.
• Leverages Lean Six Sigma to optimize current operations.
• Conducts time and motion studies and supports standard work initiatives.
• Creates AutoCAD layouts for space planning and process design.
• Collaborates with leadership and delivery teams on data-driven solutions.
