Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior contract manager to serve as the senior lead for IDIQ contract management and as the deputy head of the CPMO.

You will oversee governance and ensure compliance with federal regulations for large DoD contracts, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and leadership. The role focuses on contract health, portfolio forecasting, and building standardized processes to improve efficiency across decentralized ordering activities in a highly matrixed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of contract management experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Experience administering large-scale Federal Government contracts (IDIQs/Enterprise Agreements).
• Working knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and compliance frameworks (FAR/DFARS/NIST/FedRAMP).
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher) and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IDIQ contract management and govern contractual integrity for large DoD programs.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness activities.
• Provide executive leadership and cross-functional coordination within the CPMO.
• Establish standardized processes to support decentralized ordering and improve program efficiency.
