Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior IDIQ Contract Manager to lead the CPMO's governance for DoD-wide strategic agreements in the DC/MD/VA region. You will act as second-in-command, administer contract integrity, and drive standardized processes to improve program health.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 8+ years in federal contract management, with knowledge of FAR/DFARS/NIST/FedRAMP, active clearance, and strong leadership in a matrixed tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Contract Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of contract management experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Experience administering large-scale Federal Government contracts such as IDIQs or Enterprise Agreements.
• Working knowledge of Federal acquisition processes and compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARS, NIST, FedRAMP).
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher) and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDIQ contract management and act as deputy for the CPMO.
• Administer governance and contractual integrity of large-scale DoD-wide Strategic Agreements.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness activities.
• Provide executive leadership across the CPMO and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive standardized processes to improve efficiency of decentralized ordering activities.
