Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the SIA-3 IDIQ execution for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, with full authority over performance, cost, schedule, quality, and risk across global task orders.

The role requires coordinating with DIA leadership, managing Task Order Managers, ensuring ICD 203/206 compliance, and sustaining operations while guiding a cleared analytics workforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience supporting DoD or IC customers.
• Experience managing large, multi-task-order programs.
• Strong understanding of DIA analytic missions and enterprise coordination.
• Proven ability to manage cleared analytic and technical workforces at scale.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable PM for SIA-3 task orders and disciplined execution.
• Provide executive interface with DIA leadership, COs, and stakeholders.
• Oversee Task Order Managers aligned to MTAs and mission sets.
• Ensure ICD 203/206 compliance and quality tradecraft coordination.
• Manage program risk, issues, and change control.
• Oversee cost, performance, and CDRL reporting using compliant systems.
• Lead workforce planning, surge support, and continuity of operations.
