Job summary

Cisco's Program Management Office (CPMO) in the DC/VA region seeks a senior lead for IDIQ contract management to oversee governance and integrity of large-scale DoD contracts. This role is based in Reston, VA and reports to the CPMO leadership.

You will lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive program success. A strong federal-contract background and active clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contract Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of contract management experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Experience administering large-scale Federal Government contracts (IDIQ or Enterprise Agreements).
• Active U.S. Secret clearance (or higher) and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IDIQ contract management and act as deputy head of the CPMO.
• Lead contract modifications, negotiations, and audit readiness.
• Provide executive leadership and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Establish standardized processes to improve program efficiency.
