Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking an experienced IAM leader to set architectural direction for identity security, governance, and privileged access across enterprise systems. You will design scalable solutions across SailPoint, Okta, AD, AWS, Terraform, and GitHub, while hands-on in security tooling and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM, information security or security engineering.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle, governance, authentication, and authorization.
• Hands-on with enterprise IAM tools and cloud identity services.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction, architecture, and standards for IAM across governance, authentication, authorization, directory services, privileged access and non-human identity.
• Design scalable identity solutions across SailPoint, Okta, AD, AWS, Terraform, and GitHub, with hands-on involvement.
• Own privileged access management on Delinea Secret Server including vaulting, rotation and lifecycle.
• Build automation and IaC to improve provisioning, access governance and security controls.
• Define and mature non-human identity capabilities and lifecycles.
• Lead complex identity initiatives from strategy to implementation with cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate new identity security capabilities, including phishing-resistant auth and Zero Trust, and guide AI adoption.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards via reviews and PoCs.
