Job summary

Releady is partnering with a healthcare technology leader to build a scalable, secure IAM platform. The Senior Manager Identity Platform Engineering will lead a hands-on team delivering lifecycle management, governance, PAM, authentication, and federation across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.

You will drive API-driven, self-service IAM capabilities, RBAC/ABAC models, and time-bound, least-privilege access.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or equivalent.
Eight years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions, including four years of people management.
Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management.
Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, Just-in-Time, and Least Privilege security models.
Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks: SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and federation technologies.
Experience delivering identity as a platform capability with self-service, API-driven IAM services.
Experience with DevOps / platform engineering, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience applying identity controls to AI-enabled systems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and improve enterprise IAM capabilities across hybrid environments.
Lead engineering, automation, and modernization of IAM services (lifecycle management, governance, PAM, authentication, authorization, federation).
Develop and maintain scalable identity services using IaC, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and automated testing.
