Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration Analyst to lead our enterprise IAM program, administrate SailPoint, and partner with HR & IT to mature identity governance. The role emphasizes joining Hive of regulatory compliance and enabling scalable access controls across enterprise systems.

You will design birthright access models, automate JML processes, and drive onboarding of applications with secure integrations to Oracle HCM and other HR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IAM experience and hands-on SailPoint administration.
• Experience integrating IGA with HR systems, preferably Oracle HCM.
• Strong RBAC and persona/role engineering background.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR, SOC2).
• Bachelor's degree in information security or computer science.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity governance program and administer SailPoint platform.
• Design onboarding of applications and define provisioning models.
• Develop persona-based access framework and roles.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
