Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Senior Identity Engineer to own workforce and workload identity end-to-end across corporate, cloud, and factory systems in Los Angeles. You will design and operate an automation-first, least-privilege identity program to shrink attack surface while keeping engineers fast.

You will work with IdPs (Okta/Entra/Google Workspace/Auth0/Zitadel), manage OAuth/OIDC/SAML, RBAC and ReBAC, and partner with security, compliance, and IT teams on telemetry and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building identity systems at scale.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC and ReBAC.
• Hands-on with IdPs like Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, Auth0 or Zitadel.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate an enterprise IdP stack across systems.
• Own cloud identity end-to-end and integrate with infrastructure.
• Automate joiner-mover-leaver and access reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet identity needs and audits.
