Job summary

Hadrian in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Identity Engineer to own workforce and workload identity end-to-end across corporate, cloud, and factory systems that handle export-controlled data. You will design and operate IdP stacks (Okta, Entra, Google Workspace, Auth0, Zitadel), enabling OAuth 2.0/OIDC/SAML and scalable RBAC.

Collaborate cross-functionally to automate the access lifecycle and ensure audit-ready telemetry. This is a hands-on IC role on a small, high-leverage security team in LA.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of identity concepts and protocols.
• Hands-on experience building and operating IdP stacks at scale.
• Proven ability to design secure, auditable identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate IdP stack with SSO, MFA, and provisioning.
• Build identity systems at scale using OAuth/OIDC/SAML and RBAC.
• Own cloud identity end-to-end and map to infrastructure IAM.
• Automate joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle and access reviews.
