Match Group is seeking an experienced security engineer focused on identity and access to lead our global lifecycle strategy and policy design. You will harden Cloudflare ZTNA, integrate identity with CorpSec, and push automation across endpoints, SaaS, and data controls.

Qualifications

7+ years in security engineering or related field with identity focus.
Hands-on Okta: policy design, device assurance, FastPass, RBAC.
Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust.
Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
Experience with IGA solutions and identity lifecycles.
Experience securing non-human identities and guardrails for AI agents.
Terraform or IaC for infra changes; GitOps fluency.
Python or similar for automation; AI tooling usage.
Proven cross-functional influence without formal authority.
Ability to scope and drive complex problems to completion.
