Job summary

Match Group is seeking a senior security engineer to own identity and access across its global portfolio. You will strengthen authentication, authorization, and guardrails for non-human identities while integrating identity with endpoint and SaaS security.

Role emphasizes automation, Terraform/IaC, and GitOps, with opportunity to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security engineering, IT engineering, or infrastructure with identity focus.
• Strong Okta policy design, device assurance, and RBAC experience.
• Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar platform.
• Solid knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Hands-on with IGA solutions and identity lifecycles/compliance.
• Experience securing non-human identities and AI agent guardrails.
• Proficient in Terraform or IaC and GitOps practices.
• Ability to build automated solutions with Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive a comprehensive identity and access lifecycle strategy for a global portfolio.
• Own and harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies and integrate with CorpSec.
• Align identity strategy with endpoint, SaaS, and vulnerability management.
• Automate solutions using scripting, no-code tools, or AI to scale tasks.
