Job summary

Match Group is seeking a senior security engineer focused on identity and access, to drive lifecycle strategy across its global portfolio. You will harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies and integrate identity with CorpSec disciplines, leveraging endpoint posture and SaaS security data.

You will automate repetitive tasks with scripting or AI, influence cross-functional outcomes, and help secure non-human identities and service accounts at scale. This role supports a hybrid work model in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security engineering, IT engineering, or infrastructure with identity and access depth.
• Expertise with Okta policy design, device assurance, FastPass, and RBAC.
• Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Experience with IGA solutions and identity lifecycles/compliance.
• Experience securing non-human identities and AI guardianships.

Responsibilities

• Drive a comprehensive identity and access lifecycle strategy for the global portfolio.
• Own and harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies and support transition from traditional access models.
• Integrate identity strategy with CorpSec—endpoint signals, SaaS security, and vulnerability management.
• Engineer automated solutions using scripting, no-code tools, or AI to reduce manual toil.
