Job summary

Match Group is seeking a security engineer focusing on identity and access to secure our global portfolio. You will drive authentication and authorization strategies, safeguard human and non-human identities, and enforce least privilege across platforms.

You will also harden ZTNA policies, align identity with CorpSec, and build automated solutions to scale security operations while collaborating across teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security engineering with identity/access focus.
• Hands-on with Okta: policy design, device assurance, FastPass, RBAC.
• Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust or a comparable platform.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Experience with IGA solutions (e.g., Okta Identity Governance, SailPoint).
• Experience securing non-human identities (service accounts, OAuth apps, tokens).
• Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools; GitOps fluency.
• Automation using Python or similar; know when to automate.

Responsibilities

• Drive a comprehensive identity and access lifecycle strategy for our global portfolio.
• Own and harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies and support transitioning from traditional access models.
• Integrate identity with CorpSec domains—endpoint, SaaS, and data access—to unify security posture.
• Engineer automated solutions to reduce manual toil and scale operations.
