Job summary

Match Group in Palo Alto is seeking a senior Security Engineer focused on Identity and Access. You will own identity lifecycle, enforce least privilege, and harden Cloudflare Zero Trust across our global portfolio including Tinder and Match.

You will collaborate across CorpSec, Endpoints, and SaaS security to deliver a unified security posture. The role emphasizes automating security tasks with Python, IaC tools like Terraform, and AI-assisted workflows, while balancing security with business

Qualifications

• 7+ years in security engineering with identity focus.
• Hands-on with Okta: policy design, device assurance, FastPass, device trust, RBAC.
• Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust or similar.
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
• Experience with IGA solutions (e.g., Okta Identity Governance, SailPoint).
• Experience securing non-human identities (service accounts, OAuth apps, tokens) and guardrails for AI agents.
• Terraform or IaC with GitOps fluency.
• Automation experience with Python and Okta Workflows, Lambda, Windmill.
• AI tooling in security workflows.
• Ability to influence cross-functional outcomes.
• Proactively scope and drive complex problems to completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive identity and access lifecycle strategy for our global portfolio.
• Harden Cloudflare ZTNA policies and support transitioning from traditional access models.
• Integrate identity with CorpSec across devices, SaaS, and data access.
• Automate security tasks to scale operations and reduce manual toil.
