Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a hands-on Identity and Access Management professional to design and implement IGA solutions for enterprise clients in the United States. The role focuses on access governance, provisioning, and lifecycle management, with a collaboration-centric approach to deliver high-quality results.

You will assess client identity posture, tailor solutions to industry best practices, and contribute to secure, scalable identity architectures across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years implementing IGA products (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in AD/LDAP/JDBC/SNOW connectors and end-to-end life cycle management in SailPoint.
• Minimum 2 years of Java development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Prepare IGA design documents and present them to stakeholders.
• Clarify design issues and update concerns as needed.
• Develop deployment methodology aligned with vendor best practices.
• Install, configure, and deploy IAM/IGA solutions for lifecycle management and access governance.
• Develop test cases and plans for IGA solutions.
• Transfer knowledge, provide training, and support activities.
• Monitor project delivery and escalate risks and status as required.
• Collaborate with vendor support to troubleshoot product issues.
• Create technical project plans and assist with resourcing and rule/workflow development.
• Report upgrade status to Technical Lead and document handover to operations.
• Participate in go-live activities and ensure successful production readiness.
• Understand lifecycle events, certifications, and plugin development basics.
• Be passionate about customization and development.
